The Visix RoomBoard™ is an interactive room management solution combining wayfinding maps with calendar schedules to show real-time room availability and meeting locations. Schedule data is pulled from EMS or Exchange calendars and mapped to rooms on an interactive campus, building or floor map. Room availability is instantly recognizable with open rooms in green and busy rooms in red, and the number of available rooms is shown at the top of the screen for quick reference.
