AxisTV Signage Suite v.1.114 (September 29, 2026)
AxisTV Signage Suite v.1.114 provides new flexibility to reorganize users and content on the fly, a new alert option for BrightSign players, and a fix for User Activity analytics – all designed to give you more control over where things live and better visibility into who’s using the system.
Move Users & Content
Moving users and content within the CMS just got a lot easier, so your setup can keep pace with changes at your organization. With just a few clicks, administrators can transfer a user’s content to another user, either on its own or when deleting an account. You can also relocate a user – along with all of their content – from one organization or suborganization to another.
Users with the appropriate rights can also move content throughout AxisTV Manage. You can move artwork, messages, layouts, and message and layout playlists, sending content to a new location quickly using the new Move button.
Whatever content you move, scheduling stays intact – nothing needs to be rebuilt or reapproved.
Alerts for BrightSign
Critical messages just got a lot harder to miss. AxisTV Manage can now publish alerts directly to BrightSign players, putting urgent information on screen the moment it matters, right alongside your other Visix players.
Turn it on in Administer | Organizations | BrightSign Options: check “Enable BrightSign players to show alerts by integrating with AxisTV Alert,” set a polling interval, and enter your AxisTV Alert URL. That’s it – you’re live.
Analytics Fix
User Activity reporting is now more accurate and easier on your system. The “Last Activity” column is now “Last Login,” and reports run noticeably lighter thanks to a significant reduction in load on the Web APIs.

AxisTV v.9.9.3
- Bug fix allows messages to be scheduled in 2021 and future years
- Exchange widgets now support Office 365 Modern Authentication, based on OAuth 2.0
- Customers will need to reconfigure Exchange widgets after moving to OAuth
- Support for Flash player removed from all apps
- Adobe ended support for Flash in December 2020; Microsoft has removed Flash from several OS versions as a result
- Flash-based date, time and weather modules, and any other Flash content, will stop playing in AxisTV
