Once your content is in the CMS, you can manage and schedule your messages and layouts. The calendar scheduler allows for dayparting and selecting an end time to ensure that messages automatically retire from your playlist. Whether you’re sitting at a Mac or PC, you can manage your signage content from any web-connected machine.
AxisTV Signage Suite requires the software application bundle (Design, Manage, Engage), and supporting hardware – a personal computer, a content management server, and any number of media players. You can choose to purchase software-only, pre-imaged solutions, or hosted cloud.
An authorized Signage Suite user can sync content via AxisTV Design, and then access AxisTV Manage through their LAN/WAN or the internet via our friendly web interface to schedule content.
Dynamic content and messages are grouped in playlists that are published over a TCP/IP network and are cached on chosen media players to feed displays at scheduled times and intervals. Media players also can pull dynamic data sources to user-defined schedules. You can send separate playlists to select media players from a single content manager, letting you target specific locations with the communications they need.
Visix media players live on your network as appliances outputting audio and video to as many displays as you like. They support static and dynamic IP addresses, and remote upgrades and diagnostics allow maximum accessibility to deliver information quickly. (Some playback features may be limited, depending on choice of media player hardware.)
