AxisTV Signage Suite v.1.104
Version 1.104 includes enhancements and bug fixes from versions 1.100 to 1.104 with a host of meaningful improvements, with the most significant addition being the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into the platform.
AI Assistant
This release introduces an integrated AI assistant for optimizing content within fillable text fields when scheduling Quick-Start Templates. Users can input text and leverage the AI assistant to adjust messaging tone or condense copy length. With five presets available, content creators can generate multiple refined text options to choose from, streamlining the process and improving message impact.
BrightSign Touch Support
Touchscreen functionality is now supported for devices utilizing BrightSign Series 4 or Series 5 XT media players. The XT model is a mandatory hardware requirement, as it is the only Series 4 or 5 player that provides the necessary USB port for interactive display connectivity.
Alarm Notifications
This enhancement hardens the default alarm notification settings to reduce unnecessary alert notifications. For new deployments, alarm notifications are now enabled by default only for deployment Administrators with a 60-minute buffer interval, while notifications are disabled by default for all non-admin users. Existing deployments upgrading to v1.104 will retain their current settings but can manually configure the new buffer interval options.
Clearing Unresolved Sirens
This feature allows administrators to verify the status of active Sirens following an alert event and provides the capability to manually clear any unresolved Siren states, ensuring system state accuracy.

The latest version of our Connect Room Manager is now available with these updates:

AxisTV v.9.9.3
- Bug fix allows messages to be scheduled in 2021 and future years
- Exchange widgets now support Office 365 Modern Authentication, based on OAuth 2.0
- Customers will need to reconfigure Exchange widgets after moving to OAuth
- Support for Flash player removed from all apps
- Adobe ended support for Flash in December 2020; Microsoft has removed Flash from several OS versions as a result
- Flash-based date, time and weather modules, and any other Flash content, will stop playing in AxisTV
