Templates for Content Creation and Dynamic Data
Non-artists can create effective, attractive multimedia messages using Announce's powerful templates. Template creators build fully animated fill-in-the-blank templates using text, graphics and dynamic content while controlling transitions, opacity, timing and Z-order through an effects timeline. Template users benefit from animated previews as they fill in text and media while creating messages.

With Announce, you can pull dynamic information from virtually any custom database source with full control over the visual presentation through the use of auto-generated templates. These powerful templates feed playlists with animated messages populated by active sources like RSS, news, weather, event schedules and other dynamic content pulled from databases, the internet and file system sources.

Smart Media Management Tools
Announce lets you quickly search media assets based on type, name, keywords or color category so that you can efficiently leverage your existing content. You can snapshot Flash and video files to create thumbnails for faster searches, or preview entire files – all within the web browser interface.

Media Player
The Announce media player grabs your audience's attention with sophisticated, dynamic playback to flat-panel displays. The player supports animated wallpapers and messages, non-rectangular zones, playlist rotation, native PowerPoint playback, HD streaming, and more.

Advanced Platform
Announce supports custom user role definitions, unlimited user accounts and has a built-in approval process for new content. The platform integrates with Active Directory for user authentication and supports multi-tiered content distribution to maximize scalability.

Go Interactive
Provide your audience with wayfinding maps, directories and other interactive content so they can quickly pinpoint desired information on your touchscreen displays. The Announce media player supports interactive WayPoint™ wayfinding content, hot spots for launching interactive applications, and the display of interactive web pages and Flash files. Our Alert and Target option packs will extend the capabilities of your Announce deployment. The Alert Notification option pack will offer CAP (Common Alerting Protocol) and API triggering support for alert message delivery. The Target option pack will extend daily and alert communications to smart phones, desktops, websites and other endpoints.
