Our digital signage software technical support hours are 8:30AM to 7:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, and 8:30AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time on Friday, except published holidays. You can open a support request online, via email, or by leaving a voicemail using our toll free phone number.
Before requesting support, please click here for a list of products no longer supported.
Free priority support is available to you if:
- You are an SMA subscriber, SLA subscriber or
- You have had your system less than 90 days, or
- You received an upgrade less than 90 days ago
If you are not eligible for free priority support, please have your credit card information ready when we call. We accept Visa, American Express, or MasterCard.
- Support via phone and online will be billed at $130 per hour
- Extensive or repeat calls may incur a separate charge
- Your Content Manager/Server must have access to the Internet
