Content Manager Name:

The content manager name is in the lower left corner of the License Manager (see below)

Volume ID:

Volume ID is located in the center of the License Manager (see below)

Key:

The License key is located in the bottom right corner of the License Manager (see below)

Licensed Manager:

Reports

 

Why do you need this?

In order to prepare for the upgrade successfully, regardless of who will be performing the actual update, TEi requires that a Configuration report and an Error report be supplied with the upgrade request in order for us to identify potential issues with the upgrade and provide an overall upgrade plan that takes into account you individual situation.

 

Where do I get the Error report?

  • Login to your AxisTV system under and administrators account
    Proceed to the "System" menu and choose the "Errors". The "Error Report" link is in the text at the top of the page.

  • Click the report link "Error Report", the report will open in a new Internet Explorer Window.

  • Please press "CTRL-A" to select all text or from the Internet Explorer "Edit" menu select "Select All".

  • Once the text is selected, press "CTRL-C" to copy or select "Copy" from the Internet Explorer Edit menu.

  • On the Upgrade request page, paste the Error report (Ctrl-v) into the large text box labeled "Error Report".
