or Remote Support via
WebEx™ for your Visix
system.

You must provide payment information to our
Visix technician to receive Incident based services. Please have your credit
card information ready when we call. We accept Visa, American Express,
or MasterCard.

Telephone Support - $49 per
incident. Extensive or repeat calls may incur a separate
incident charge.

Remote Support via WebEx™ - $69
per 30 minutes. Your Content Server must have access to the
Internet.

If Visix deems the issue is not caused
by software or hardware defect supplied by Visix, the customer will
be billed at a rate of $200 per hour.
