Hardware Upgrades
It is not uncommon
for upgrades and advancements in software application features to exceed
the capabilities of the machines on which the application was originally
installed. Visix technologies are not immune from this development rule.
As our product line evolves,
the advancements are bound to exceed the hardware specifications of your
original hardware purchase. At that point, you will need to determine
whether or not it is more feasible to upgrade your existing hardware or
replace the physical platform.

a list Visix upgrade services and associated prices:
What we do:

Perform hardware
diagnostic tests to assure the system is in working condition

Replace any
failed hardware components – additional charges will apply for
non-warranty components

Install/replace
all hardware components necessary to meet minimum hardware
requirements, if any – additional charges will apply

If requested,
attempt to save the customer’s data

Install/upgrade
any third-party software to meet minimum requirements – additional
charges may apply

Includes
applying the latest Windows Critical Updates and Service Packs,
installing updated drivers, cleaning up log files and temporary
files, etc.

Rebuild the
system

Install,
license, and configure Visix applications

Perform a
thorough test of the system

Provide
web-based user training
