Finding the Installation Key
AxisTV
version 5.1.1 and later
The Installation Key
is listed in the AxisTV Configuration Report. Log in to AxisTV as
Administrator from any connected web browser. Select System then
Status. Click on the red System
Configuration Report link. The Installation Key is listed
near the beginning of the report. This is a 32-digit number in the
format of :
nnnnnnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnnnnnnnnnn.
AxisTV
version 5.0.x
From the Content Server
(Connect, Multi-Point, or Lite) itself, run the AxisTV License Manager
Utility to view the Installation Key. From the Start
menu, select Programs, AxisTV, then License Manager.
AxisTV 2.x
and 3.x
AxisTV versions
before 5.0 do not have an Installation Key. For
these systems, use the serial number of the main server. This is an 8-digit
number in the format of nnnnnn-nn.
Enter all of the eight digits in the first block of the Installation Key
and enter all "x" characters in the remainder of the spaces.
Need Help
If you can’t find
your Installation Key, just enter all "x" characters as the Installation Key
and Visix will help the Primary Contact locate the key.
