Our Software Maintenance and Support Agreement (SMA) offers the most economical way to receive the latest versions of Visix software technology.

SMA subscribers receive regular downloadable software upgrades at no charge.  Historically, Visix releases one new feature upgrade per quarter. The SMA typically pays for itself in just two quarters.

 

With the purchase of a one-year SMA, you receive the following benefits:

·   Remote problem analysis and assistance during normal business hours

·   Priority service response time to voice messages and e-mail during normal business hours

A customer's phone call or e-mail will find a qualified, experienced Visix expert at the other end of the line. Many telephone questions can be answered immediately, and 90% of all inquiries are satisfied completely within 24 hours of the first contact.   

 

Every new Visix system includes 30 days of Priority Support and free upgrades for 30 days - all at no additional cost. Purchase an SLA or SMA within 30 days to extend these valuable services for the first year of ownership.
