software technology.
SMA subscribers receive regular downloadable
software upgrades at no charge. Historically, Visix releases one new
feature upgrade per quarter. The SMA typically pays for itself in just
two quarters.
With the purchase of a one-year SMA, you

Every new Visix system includes 30 days of Priority Support and free
upgrades for 30 days - all at no additional cost. Purchase an SLA or SMA
within 30 days to extend these valuable services for the first year of
ownership.
