Implementation
Visix provides custom implementation
services for our suite of products that are tailored to fit our
customer’s needs. We offer both on-site and remote implementation plans
that consist of four phases:
Planning and review

-
Planning is
the cornerstone of any successful project. Visix has assembled a
comprehensive project plan which takes known details of the
implementation into account. These details are gathered from both
the client as well as the solution ordered. The comprehensive plan
is then tailored to each client’s implementation ensuring that all
planning, infrastructure, approvals and resources are allocated and
obtained.

personnel will hold a pre-implementation project meeting with the
client and/or integrator once the implementation is scheduled so the
plan can be updated and approved by the client and/or integrator.

Visix
personnel will setup a web session into the client’s Content
Server using Webex and proceed with the planned implementation
steps, including the initial software setup and configuration of
the Content Server and Channel Players. Any issues encountered
will be documented and assigned to personnel (Visix, Integrator
or Client) for resolution.

resources will arrive at the client site and proceed with the
planned implementation steps, including the initial software
setup and configuration of the Content Server and Channel
Players. Any issues encountered will be documented and assigned
to personnel (Visix, Integrator or Client) for resolution.
Review and
Signoff
-
At the
conclusion of the Implementation session, the Visix representative
will review the planned steps with the client and or integrator to
ensure that all items have been completed. Any outstanding issues
will be noted along with the resource assigned as well as a due
date. At this point, the client and/or integrator signs off that
the implementation was completed successfully upon completion of the
noted items. A follow-up meeting will then be scheduled to review
the implementation and discuss any issues discovered after
implementation is complete.

applications in a wide range of environments. This select group of
integrators, identified as
Premier Integrators, have the ability
to deploy and support our suite of communications technologies
throughout the United States.
