the publisher delivers your message to every PC running the Desktop
Messenger client application.
A pop-up message window
displays your message as a graphic and individuals interact by
double-clicking to view full-screen or by closing it with a simple mouse
click. This powerful communication tool moves your important
announcements past email clients and Web pages, and pop up blockers
cannot stop the message window.
