Changes Name to Visix

ATLANTA, GA — TEi (Tech Electronics,
Inc.), a dynamic visual messaging software company, today announced that
it has changed its corporate name to Visix, Inc. (Visix) as part of a
larger organizational strategy.
“The new name is more
relevant to our growing software development and support business
model,” stated Sean M. Matthews, President, Visix, Inc. “The name change
improves our ability to market our suite of communications applications
that enable content creation and management from anywhere with delivery
to virtually anything. This is another step in our long range plan to
completely reshape the organization and its offerings,” furthered
Matthews.
The name change is not a
re-incorporation and does not alter the company’s Federal or State tax
identification numbers. There is no change in ownership and the renaming
was unanimously approved by the shareholders. The Amendment to the
Articles of Incorporation is on file with the Tennessee Secretary of
State; the company’s state of legal incorporation.
The company will remain
at its current address, retain relevant phone numbers and redirect email
to its new domain at visix.com.
The new Web site, www.visix.com, is intended to be an
Internet resource center serving the needs of AxisTV, MeetingMinder™ and
MessageBlox™ users. Visix encourages its clients to take advantage of
the Web site as a way to learn more about the name change and the
effective creation, management and delivery of dynamic visual
communications.
Visix, Inc. designs, develops and supports a suite of
