Before you enter the
Visix User Forum, please read these
terms of use carefully. By participating in any forum, you are agreeing
to the terms of use set forth below.

Visix User Forum available for your use subject to the terms and
conditions set forth on this page. By accessing this web site and the
Forums, Blogs, Downloads and other pages contained herein, you agree to
these Terms of Use. Visix, Inc. may change the Terms of Use any time.

Please remember that any information you disclose in a
forum becomes public information and can be used by people you do not
know. Accordingly, you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose

Although we may monitor or review posted messages from time to time, we
do not actively monitor the contents of the Visix User Forum pages, and
we are not under any obligation to do so. Each user is solely
responsible and liable for the contents of his or her postings, and we
are not responsible in any way for the content or opinions expressed
therein. We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit or
move, at any time, any material posted to the forums, in each case as we
deem appropriate.
The messages express the views of the author of the
message, not necessarily the views of Visix, Inc. or Visix personnel.
Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged
to contact us immediately by email at
userforum@visix.com. Deletion is a manual process, however, so
please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular
messages immediately.
Rules of Conduct
Your access to the Visix User Forum is subject to
your compliance with the following rules of conduct applicable to
all forums on this website. By entering a forum, you specifically
agree to comply with each of the following:

signatures, or messages. You will not post personal email or chat
dialogues, discuss illegal activity, or post links to inappropriate
sites. You will not impersonate other individuals or falsely
represent individuals or organizations. You will not post under

intent of inciting or perpetuating a conflict or argument. You will
not bomb the Visix User Forum with individual threads with

advertisements or solicitations.

software or computer files that contain a virus, worm or other
disruptive or harmful component.
Without limiting any of our other rights or remedies, a
violation of any of the above rules of conduct may result in removal of
a user’s postings, revocation of registration and/or banning a
registrant’s email address, which would prohibit the user from having
any access to any or all of the Vixis User Forum pages.
You acknowledge that by participating in any part of the
Visix User Forum, you are granting Visix, Inc. the unrestricted right,
throughout the world and in perpetuity, to copy, sublicense, adapt,
transmit, perform, display or otherwise use, at no cost whatsoever to
Visix, Inc., any and all material you post to the Visix User Forum,
including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights embodied
therein.
Limitation of Liability
Visix, Inc. will cooperate fully with law enforcement
officials and comply with any court order with respect to any claim or
investigation arising from your participation in the Visix User Forum
and any material posted by you, including, without limitation,
furnishing such material and information regarding your identity and any

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of and
participation in any forum on this website. Visix, Inc. shall not be
responsible or liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of or in
any way related to any pages on the Visix User Forum. If you are
dissatisfied with this website, including any pages or content thereon,
your sole remedy is to cease use of the website or forum, as applicable.
